Through MTM, your pharmacist works closely with you to review your medications, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations to support your overall health.

During an MTM session, one of our pharmacists will:

• Review all of your prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and supplements‎‎
• ‎Check for possible drug interactions or duplications
• Confirm that each medication is still appropriate for your health conditions
• Help you understand how and when to take your medications
• Work with your doctors to make adjustments, if necessary
